A Night of Community, Connection, and Giving Back

Greet Bedford Celebrates Six Years

What began as a simple idea to bring a community together by sharing the positive has grown into something deeply meaningful for Bedford and beyond.

Over the past six years, Greet Bedford has become a consistent thread connecting neighbors, businesses, and local stories. In that time, the publication has hosted nearly 70 events, produced 72 magazines, and shared more than 2,100 stories that highlight the people and moments that make this town special. It reflects what many already know. There is always something happening in Bedford, and there is always something worth celebrating.

This milestone event was not just about looking back. It was about recognizing the people who have made it all possible. Sponsors, contributors, and community members gathered for an evening centered on connection, gratitude, and impact. Their continued support has allowed Greet Bedford to remain a free publication, accessible to the entire community each month.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and raffle donors, the evening also raised meaningful funds for the Educational Farm at Joppa Hill. This beloved local resource continues to provide hands-on learning and community engagement for all ages. Those who would like to support their mission can learn more or contribute by visiting www.jhef.org.

One of the highlights of the evening was a live collaborative art piece, orchestrated by Nicole Manni of Elevate Art & Connection. Guests had the opportunity to watch the piece come to life throughout the event, making it a true reflection of the community. The artwork was later auctioned, with Spindel Eye Associates as the lucky winner. The piece will be displayed in their Bedford office lobby for all to enjoy, and the community is invited to stop by and see it in person.

Beyond the local impact, the event also highlighted a broader mission. Through Greet Bedford's non-profit arm, N2 Gives, 2% of all profits are donated to the fight against human trafficking. Thanks to the businesses that have supported Greet Bedford over the years, their contributions continue to make a meaningful difference far beyond our community.
Gratitude was at the center of the evening.

Six years in, Greet Bedford remains grounded in its purpose to bring the community together by sharing the positive and uplifting the people within it. This celebration was a reminder that when a community shows up for one another, the impact reaches far beyond what is seen and felt by all.
