A: Our approach to affordable and flexible event planning, along with our supportive staff, makes the Bedford Event Center truly unique. Our open vendor policy and absence of food and beverage minimums set us apart from many other venues.

We encourage each client to customize the décor to fit their event needs. Clients may customize lighting, room and furniture configurations, linen colors, beverage offerings, and audio-visual capabilities.

Our small, close-knit team of knowledgeable staff works closely with each individual client to ensure every detail of their event is tailored to their needs. From the first call, to the event detail meeting, to being present on the day of your event, our staff is there to support your event so that you can relax and enjoy.

A: The secret to the perfect event is in the details. Coordinating each detail to align perfectly can be overwhelming and stressful. Our knowledgeable and supportive team ensures each detail, down to how the napkins are folded, is discussed ahead of time and executed perfectly on the day of your event.

Q: What upcoming public events are being held at the Bedford Event Center?
A: We are incredibly excited to be hosting our first Artisan Craft Fair Series this spring! These free, family-friendly indoor/outdoor events will be held on Saturday, May 11th, and Saturday, June 8th, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each event includes products from dozens of local vendors, gifts for Mom and Dad, food trucks, a beer garden, a kid’s activity corner, and so much more. We hope to see you there!



The Bedford Event Center is a classically elegant venue with a capacity for over 280 guests. The Grand Ballroom offers gorgeous finishes, including high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, an optional raised stage, multiple lighting options, and a decorative illuminated canopy cloud. The Terrace Room is perfect for smaller events and includes modern finishes, marble flooring, a retractable airwall, and sliding doors that open to outdoor patios. We also have two breakout rooms that can be used for smaller meetings or as private guest suites for your event. New this year is the option for a large tent for outdoor events from May through September. All indoor spaces offer audio-visual capabilities.

Your out-of-town guests will appreciate our proximity to both the Manchester Boston Regional Airport (3 miles) and the Boston Logan International Airport (55 miles), as well as several nearby hotels.

We host a variety of events, including Weddings, Showers, Holiday Parties, Fundraisers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Quinceanera Celebrations, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, as well as Corporate Events, Political Events, and Celebrations of Life.
