Shaye’s story begins right here in Bedford, where she grew up and attended the local school district, giving her a lasting connection to the community and its people. A four-year, eight-season varsity athlete, she credits much of her leadership style to the discipline, teamwork, and drive she learned through sports. That same passion for mentorship and community still shows up today, as Shaye also coaches cheerleading in Bedford and remains actively involved with local students and families.

After graduating from Bedford, Shaye attended Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, earning her BFA in Graphic Design. Alongside her creative studies, she served as Sorority President, leading a chapter of more than 250 women, an experience that strengthened her ability to lead with both structure and heart.
