MY SALON Suite® Bedford
Hi Everyone! We are Erin and Brandon Beloin, proud residents of Bedford and co-owners of MY SALON Suite® Bedford. I (Erin) grew up in Manchester, and after studying biology and building a career in healthcare management, I've found my calling in supporting local entrepreneurs. Brandon, originally from Killingly, CT, has a background in chemistry and expertise in healthcare diagnostics. We met as students at Stonehill College and have since embarked on numerous entrepreneurial ventures together, from house flips to property management.
Our journey led us to open MY SALON Suite® Bedford in February 2023, a venture that aligns with our passion for empowering small business owners. Our facility offers 36 private, turn-key salon suites, allowing stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail technicians, medical aestheticians, massage therapists, and other beauty/wellness professionals to thrive in a personalized and secure environment. This innovative model is well-established in other parts of the country but new to New Hampshire. The concept enhances the client experience through one-on-one interactions in relaxing, customizable spaces where each member can truly express their artistic flair.
Our grand opening last June was one of the most joy-filled evenings of our lives, marking a memorable start to this collective venture. Leading up to the event, we promoted Brandon's "Done with the Bun" campaign, where his journey from a few missed haircuts during the pandemic to a full-blown head of hair symbolized our path to opening New Hampshire's first MY SALON Suite location. This campaign raised over $2,400 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In a long-awaited moment right before our ribbon-cutting ceremony, one of our members cut Brandon's hair, which he then donated to Wigs for Kids.
We are proud that MY SALON Suite® Bedford has grown into a vibrant community fueled by relationships, service, and fun. We actively participate in networking events, sponsorships, and collaborations with local groups like The Bedford Mom and the GREET Bedford network. Our members are engaged and always eager to participate in special happenings- in October, we welcomed the public to enjoy a "Trick or Suite" Halloween celebration, and in February, we hosted several mini manicure parties to pamper students attending local elementary school dances.
Feedback from our members and their guests has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients appreciating the diverse services, the upscale environment, and the ease of booking appointments. Our members value the resources they receive, which allow them to focus on their craft and grow their businesses. The autonomy combined with support from MY SALON Suite® empowers each member to thrive as an independent beauty professional. Our members also appreciate ongoing opportunities for professional development, which help them stay ahead in the competitive beauty industry. We are thrilled to announce that in June, we are sponsoring six of our members to attend the Modern Salon Independent Boot Camp in Dallas, TX.
