Corey Buchan, President/Co-Owner, grew up in the greater Manchester community and has lived here for 40 years with his fiancé Danielle and two sons, Carter & Rhett. Corey started working for Advanced Radon right after high school and has been working here for 20 years, gaining a vast knowledge of air and water quality before having the opportunity to purchase the company in 2021. Corey enjoys working and helping all our customers, especially those he’s known for over 20+ years.

Mike Gardner, Vice President/Co-Owner, grew up in Manchester and California and currently resides in the greater Manchester area with his wife Jessalyn and son Bodee. Mike and Corey have been friends since the age of 12, and when Mike returned from California, he started working with Corey at Advanced Radon. When approached to purchase this business, Mike jumped at the opportunity to collaborate in a business venture with his childhood friend.

Christine, our Office Manager, and Tiffany, our Lead Customer Service Associate, are the backbone of the company and ensure excellent communication and smooth and seamless day-to-day operations to keep our company running.  Christine has been in the administration field for over 30 years & Tiffany for over 13 years. One of the main things that motivate us to go above and beyond for our customers is knowing that we are helping make a difference in their lives.

As our Sales Manager, Keith has a vast knowledge of air and water quality, having been one of our top technicians in the industry for over 15 years before transitioning to being our sales rep.  Mike, Mike, and Zach are our professional technicians that lead our company in superior installations and services with over 30+ years of combined experience and can troubleshoot any issues that may arise in your home’s air and water quality.

We are NRPP-certified Radon mitigation professionals continuously working on improving our knowledge about Radon air & water treatment.
