Even while growing up in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, graduating from Bentley University, then working in NYC and MA in the finance world, I knew I wanted to make an impact on others. Michael shared that same dream while growing up in Lawrence, MA; enlisting in the Navy (honorably discharged) and beginning his career as a Certified Personal Trainer was a start. We weren’t really clear what exactly that dream looked like until August 2021, when the franchise Restore Hyper Wellness was presented as a possible opportunity. While researching Restore, we learned the mission of the organization is “to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love.” We then realized that there was no need to look any further; Restore is what we had dreamed of. Michael and I are so excited to bring Restore to the Bedford community to help people achieve their goals and increase their health span — to live life to its fullest. We feel Restore is the antithesis of a traditional medical office or clinic, offering innovative wellness services in a fun, comfortable environment. Restore has cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, compression, IV therapy, IM shots, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Cryoskin toning and slimming, and esthetician services, all under one roof. Our team creates an ambiance of community where people come to relax and rejuvenate with other like-minded souls. 

More locations in NH and VT are coming; however, what better place to build the first than in Bedford, a place we call home? Michael and I moved to Bedford in 2016. My sons Nick (16) and Jacoby (13) attend BHS and RAL, respectively. Michael’s children, Aaralyn (15) and Noah (12), attend school in Nashua. Our lovable American bulldog, Sweat Pea, rounds out our family. They get to see us work together to create a positive experience for people. Each of them has told us how proud they are of us for taking on this huge endeavor, but even more meaningful is they are telling and showing their friends about Restore Bedford. In order to go all in, I left my Corporate Controller position this summer to focus on Restore and our family. Michael continues to coach at Orangetheory Fitness (OTF). Orangetheory Fitness holds a lot of meaning to us as it is where we met. When Michael is not at OTF, he is at Restore building our team and setting the tone for our community. We are thankful to our family and friends, especially the Dupreys, Karen, Dwayne, Quinlan, and Caitrin, who have all been supportive and encouraged us to make this leap into business ownership.
