A new beachwear boutique, Suited, just opened in Gaslight much to the delight of the community. 

Owner Stephanie Nicklow has always had a love for swimwear, and found it was nearly impossible to ind the resort wear category within the West Michigan market. Tired of traversing the online beachwear options, she dreamed of curating her own store here.  “I worked as a stylist at an area boutique,” says Stephanie, “and it was so rewarding finding the customer an outfit or jeans they love and their face just lights up when they found the winner. I’ve helped style so many people in the last few years and love my job! In the few short weeks of being in business, it’s been an absolute joy helping women find the perfect fitting swimwear!” 

“This winter In between job transitions, my husband and I decided it was time to take a leap and

open this store. Sharing my business plan and looking at the Gaslight space it was a solid

choice. With everything falling into place quickly, Suited came alive,” adds Stephanie. Suited offers beachwear and accessories in a variety of sizes, styles, and price points. “My advice would be that if you don’t have the confidence to try a suit on, know that there is a suit for everyone and you may be shocked to find there is a suit for you! And if you’re not lucky to find that one in store today, know that I am determined to find one for you!”

Currently, Suited is booking shopping parties with drinks, snacks and 15% of sales go back to the organization. Stephanie is also available by appointment if the store hours do not fit your schedule.
