Meet Jason and Michelle Bridgman

Jason and Michelle Bridgman met while serving in the United States Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base. Originally from Ohio and Western New York respectively, they chose to make Fair Oaks Ranch their permanent home after completing their military service. For the past 15 years, they’ve lived in the Raintree Woods neighborhood with their daughter, Kadence, who is currently a student at Texas A&M University.
The Bridgman household is full of life, including their three beloved dogs: Camo, a teacup Maltese; Flage, a Yorkie; and Grizzly, a mini Goldendoodle.
Active members of the community, Jason and Michelle enjoy participating in many of the neighborhood’s events—especially the Raintree Woods parades. Michelle shares, “Our favorite has always been the 4th of July golf cart Parade. We love to either take part or simply watch and enjoy the community spirit.”
Professionally, both Jason and Michelle are licensed real estate agents, with Jason also holding a Broker’s license. Together, they own TRU Asset Management, a property management company. Most recently, they embarked on an exciting new venture: The Fair Oaks Roost Sports Bar and Grill—a place built by locals, for locals.
Jason explains, “The Roost was founded by three Fair Oaks Ranch families with a shared vision—to create a warm and welcoming space where friends and neighbors can come together over great food, cold drinks, and lasting memories.” The venue offers something for everyone, from catching the game to trivia nights and live music by local talent. With 24 beers on tap, a wide range of canned and bottled selections, and a carefully curated list of wines and premium spirits, there’s something for every taste.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Michelle and Kadence love reading, staying active, hiking, and lounging by the pool during the summer months. The family also supports local businesses and frequently visits favorites like Papa Nacho's, Luciano’s, and El Chapparal restaurants, along with Boerne Market Days.
Through The Roost, the Bridgmans remain deeply involved in the community—contributing to local schools, supporting nonprofit causes, and hosting events that bring people together.
