We met Chico while walking in Boerne. He and all his siblings were in a red wagon, which the owner used to take them into town and get them socialized before finding their forever homes. I leaned over to take a look and this little pup, while maintaining eye contact with me, climbed over all his brothers and sisters to get to me. I could not resist that adorable fluffy white ball of fur! As soon as I picked him up, I just knew he was ours. Chico is super sweet with endless energy! He attends doggie daycare twice a week to work off some of his excess energy and he thoroughly enjoys it. 

When we became empty nesters, we firmly decided that our pups Pixie and Pepper would be the only two we would have. We told the kids that these two were “it” for our family. So, when we told them we added a new puppy they truly didn't believe us. Imagine their surprise when they met Chico! Pixie and Pepper were not impressed by the little pup but warmed up to him quickly and now he is a full member of the pack.  

Chico is so incredibly sweet with endless energy and really enjoys playing fetch, frisbee and jumping in the pool. He loves to greet our family members and friends with kindness and kisses. He is so smart that sometimes, when he gets bored, he will get into mischief. One time, while we were out, he somehow found out how to get into the pantry and browse its contents. When we came home, he was fully enjoying a bag of chips on our bed! He is a true character and brings incredible joy to our family and all that meet him.
