I’m Gabriella McAllen, originally from Seattle, where my passion for coffee began. Over 10 years of learning the craft inspired me to bring that knowledge to Texas. In 2019, I opened Spotted Deer Coffee Company in the heart of Fair Oaks Ranch, with a vision of creating a welcoming, community-focused space. I’m married to my husband, Justin, who excels at helping startups thrive, and together we’re raising our 15-month-old son, Justin Jr. Outside the coffee shop, we enjoy hiking with our family and dogs.
Our Mission
I wanted to bring a bit of Seattle’s coffee culture to Fair Oaks Ranch by offering a place where people could gather, connect, and enjoy exceptional, handcrafted beverages. Whether it’s espresso drinks, cold brews, smoothies, or our breakfast and lunch sandwiches (available all day), we aim to deliver quality and warmth. Many menu items are inspired by local favorites, and we even collaborate with roasters to create exclusive coffee blends unique to our shop.

Exciting growth is on the horizon! We’ve recently launched our mobile app, making it easier than ever for customers to enjoy their favorite coffee. We’re also exploring the possibility of opening a second location to share our unique blends and community-centered atmosphere with even more people.

When I started Spotted Deer Coffee Company at 18, I never imagined how much it would grow or how deeply it would impact my life. Over the past five years, I’ve gone from being a young entrepreneur to a wife and mom, and I’m grateful for the community’s support through every phase. A huge thank you goes to my husband, Justin, whose dedication and encouragement have been instrumental to our success.
