Meet the Gahm Family: A Life Rooted in Community and Service

The Gahms are a tight-knit family of four, deeply woven into the fabric of Stone Creek Ranch. Known for their successful real estate business and their heartfelt commitment to the community, Hal and Staci Gahm, along with their two daughters, Halli and Brooke, are a shining example of what it means to live with purpose and serve others.

A Journey to Texas
Hal Gahm's roots trace back to a dairy and beef farm in Northwest Illinois, where hard work began before the sun rose. His early mornings on the farm, starting at 3:30 AM, shaped a lifelong dedication to diligence. With a degree in Kinesiology from Wheaton College and a Master’s in Counseling from Texas A&M, Hal spent a decade teaching and coaching football in Texas, imparting life lessons on and off the field.

In 2004, Hal shifted careers, managing hunting operations on over 100,000 acres of ranches across Texas, Colorado, and Kansas. His adventurous spirit didn’t stop there; he was soon recruited by a marketing, publishing and TV production company in San Antonio. Hal thrived in this role, rising to COO and Executive Producer of two nationally syndicated outdoor TV shows, earning multiple Lone Star Emmys along the way.

Staci’s story is equally remarkable. A Dripping Springs native and Texas Hill Country local, Staci holds a degree in Biology from Texas State. After becoming a mother, she transitioned from teaching into photography, finding success with a business that specializes in capturing the pivotal moments of high school seniors. Her keen eye for detail later became a critical asset in their real estate business, as she stages homes with precision and beauty.

The Gahm Real Estate Team
Today, the Gahms are at the helm of The Gahm Real Estate Team, where they specialize in luxury real estate, ranches, and recreational land. Ranked among the top luxury agents in San Antonio & The Hill Country, their success is no accident. Hal’s deep understanding of marketing and media production provides a unique advantage, while Staci’s photography skills showcase properties in the best possible light. Together, they offer clients an unparalleled experience.

Meet Halli and Brooke
The Gahm daughters are as impressive as their parents. Halli, at 15, is a student at Boerne High School, where her passion for helping others shines. She volunteers at The Bridge Fellowship Church, works with young children, and serves as the varsity girls' basketball manager. Halli’s love for her family, friends, and the beach reflects her warm and caring personality.

Thirteen-year-old Brooke, a student at Voss Middle School, is just as remarkable. Her witty humor and artistic talents set her apart. Brooke’s artwork was recently featured on the inside cover of the BISD calendar, and her hand-drawn cards are proudly displayed in local shops along Main Street.

Four-Legged Family Members
No family portrait of the Gahms would be complete without mentioning Dixie and Oakley, their beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Eleven-year-old Dixie is calm and gentle, while one-year-old Oakley brings boundless energy and playful antics to the home. Whether they’re riding through the neighborhood in the family’s Kawasaki Mule, tongues flapping in the wind, or lounging at home, Dixie and Oakley are the perfect companions.

Passions and Talents
The Gahm family is one rich in unique talents. Hal’s background in film production gives their real estate business a creative edge, while his love for the outdoors takes him on adventures across Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, Africa, South America, and New Zealand. Staci’s photography not only stages homes but captures the essence of their clients’ dreams. Together, their passions blend seamlessly with their professional lives, helping others find their ideal properties.

Celebrating Special Occasions
Family time is sacred for the Gahms, and they make the most of every holiday and special occasion. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun at the beach, or exploring the mountains of Colorado and West Texas, the Gahms cherish these moments together. As Halli and Brooke grow, the family treasures their vacations and the memories they create.

Giving Back to the Community
At the heart of the Gahm family’s values is a strong commitment to giving back. From volunteering at Stone Creek Ranch’s Spring Bash to lining the streets with American flags for the 4th of July, they are deeply involved in their community. Active members of The Bridge Fellowship Church, Hal and Staci serve on the First Impressions team, while Halli works with the youngest congregation members.

Their generosity extends beyond the neighborhood, supporting charities like Hill Country Daily Bread, St. Jude’s, and Samaritan’s Purse. Staci is a board member of 100 Women of the Hill Country and a participant in the Boerne Leadership Academy, while Hal proudly contributes to the Boerne 100. Both were selected for the Boerne ISD Leadership Academy, and they continue to support local schools and athletic programs.
