My name is Ashlynn and I am a 22 year old Finance major at UTSA. I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX and live in Fair Oaks Ranch, TX with my family.

I started Poop Police, LLC in March of 2025 with my dad. We were a customer of another poop scooping company for over seven years. We thought it was a great business model and decided to launch our own company. I always knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur and was excited to take the leap to start our business! 

Our mission at Poop Police is to help homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients keep their properties fresh and clean by offering value driven services to remove dog waste, haul it off, and sanitize/deodorize properties. Poop Police offer dog waste removal services on a subscription basis with no contract! We offer options like once-a-week pickup, twice a week pickup, bi-weekly pickup, and monthly pickup. 

We also offer sanitizing and deodorizing services to keep yards safe and odor free!

Our business is unique because it is 99% online and text message based. We know people live very busy lives and the last thing they want to do is to have to pick up the phone and call around to obtain quotes for dog waste removal. 

Our unique online platform allows new customers to get a quote on our website and signup online. From there a representative from our company sends out a text letting the customer know when their first service date will be and what their regular service days will be. 

Each day that the customer has service they receive a text message notification letting them know the technician is on the way, including an ETA. After the service is complete the customer receives a text with proof of service along with a photo of the locked back gate. 

We try to make things as easy as possible. This type of service should be a "set it and forget it" and the homeowner should just have to worry about enjoying their pets and a poop free backyard!

Our business participates in local events in Fair Oaks Ranch all of the time. We partner with the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department as well as participating in Fair Oaks Ranch Market days.

We are excited to complete our 1st anniversary on March 19th. Our business has expanded rapidly over the last year, and we are excited to continue to expand our footprint. We look forward to this next year and continuing to serve our current customers while increasing operational capacity to meet the needs of new customers as well!
