The Stipetich Family Welcomes Rex!

Rex is our fourth German Shepherd, and he has already become a very special addition to our family. Born on November 30, 2025, Rex is now just 15 weeks old and bursting with the kind of energy, curiosity, and personality that only a young puppy can bring into a home.

Rex is a long-haired German Shepherd, which gives him an especially striking look. His thick, fluffy coat makes him look a little bigger than he really is and gives him that classic, majestic shepherd appearance. Of course, along with all that beautiful fur comes the inevitable reality that German Shepherd owners know well—shedding. While we’re enjoying every minute of his soft puppy fluff now, we’re also well aware that the years ahead will likely include plenty of vacuuming and lint rollers. Still, for a dog as sweet as Rex, it’s a small price to pay.

Like most puppies his age, Rex loves to play with his toys. Whether he’s tossing them around the living room, carrying them proudly through the house, or inviting someone to a quick game of tug-of-war, he’s happiest when he’s busy and involved with the family.

He’s also quickly becoming part of our daily routine. One of Rex’s favorite activities is joining us for school drop-offs and pick-ups for his human brothers, Alexander and William. He seems to enjoy the excitement of the car rides and the extra attention that comes with being such an adorable passenger.

Even at just a few months old, Rex is already showing the loyal and affectionate nature German Shepherds are known for. He’s becoming a devoted companion to Alexander and William and a wonderful new best friend to our whole family. We’re looking forward to watching him grow up—even if it means a lot more fluff to pick up around the house!
