“I just love real estate,” says Ginger Steiner of Keller Williams Carmel Valley. “I love working with people and solving problems together.”

After a divorce a decade ago, Ginger charted a bold new path. In 2020, she began investing in single-family and multifamily properties in California and Texas. “I loved being hands-on, working with contractors and landscapers, and adding value to properties.”

Her passion led her to get licensed in 2022. Now, she helps others buy their first home or invest with confidence. What sets Ginger apart is her heart for people. “I’ve served on local and international boards. I genuinely listen and work with both my head and heart.”

When she’s not working, Ginger enjoys the outdoors—golfing, hiking, and savoring great food and drinks. Her greatest joy? Her three daughters. “I’ll do anything for and with them,” she shares.

Ginger is dedicated to giving back through service. She is currently a board member for the Monterey County Education Project and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
