Growing up in Toro Park, some of my fondest memories are long summer days playing sports outdoors until dusk, when I’d hear my dad’s whistle from blocks away, signaling it was time to come home. Those cherished experiences not only fueled my love for sports but also inspired my dedication to helping others achieve their physical best, ultimately guiding me to pursue a career as a physical therapist.

Today, my main hobbies are running and golfing. I’ve completed the Big Sur Marathon for the past two years and am preparing for my third marathon this upcoming April. My golf game is a work in progress, and I aim to eventually achieve a single-digit handicap.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine in San Diego and returned to my hometown to serve the community that shaped me. Before launching my business, I spent five years working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, gaining valuable insights.

My father's passing profoundly influenced my decision to start Won Life Physical Therapy and Wellness. His lessons on cherishing each day inspired me to create a practice dedicated to high-quality, personalized care focused on maximizing client's quality of life. I not only want to add years to your life but life to your years.

My approach focuses on one-hour, in-home therapy sessions, offering tailored, one-on-one care in the comfort of clients' homes. Each treatment is guided by the client’s individual goals, empowering them to maintain their best active lifestyle. I am excited to continue to get to know and help the community that raised me.
