In 2008, Black Bear Diners set out to help raise money to grant wishes. In a partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a month long campaign began to sell special holiday desserts and paper stars to benefit the Amazing Wish Kids and to help grant their wishes. Since that day, over 2 million dollars has been raised, and the effort continues. We are grateful for our dedicated employees, management teams and especially our customers that wrap their arms around this effort, and contribute so much to make it the great success it has become.

Please visit any of our 160 diners in 13 states to participate. All donations stay in the local chapters where money is raised to help grant life-changing wishes for children.
