Hello,

My name is Taddeo Quinn and I am just an ordinary kid here to talk about all the fun things there are to do and explore in Salinas. I am a sixth grader at Palma School so I am new not only to the school but to living in Salinas. Before moving here my family lived in San Francisco and would come to visit my grandmother, uncle and cousins where we loved visits to the beach and running and biking on the trails. Now we get to do it all the time!

 

One of my favorite things to do with my buddies is to go to the Bagel Bakery around the corner from our school. Whenever I do not have a sport, II like being outdoors and riding the trails around our home in Toro Park with friends. When not outside, I am usually on calls with my friends, playing video games from Fortnite to Black Ops 6 since I have a passion for fps shooters and games like paintball. During the summer, I attend camps. My favorites are the Monterey Bay Aquarium Camp and First Tee Golf camp. I love spending time with my family and heading to farmers’ markets.

 

Overall, each of these little things contributes to one huge thing, which is having fun!
