Ali Stewart, a Lake Highlands resident and successful neighborhood Realtor, is someone whom, if you don’t already know from her profession, you have likely seen at any number of community events in Lake Highlands. Ali began her sales career fresh out of college in one of the toughest jobs in Corporate America—cold calling on businesses door to door. Growing up in rural East Texas, she landed in North Texas for college and has lived and worked in Lake Highlands for the last 17 years. The combination of her East Texas roots and North Texas education gave Ali the tenacity and skills necessary to prevail quickly in the business world, rising through the ranks into a Sales Management role within the first two years of working for her first company. She continued with a successful record of sales results for a leading global stock exchange and technology company, which expanded her in-depth knowledge and expertise not only across the financial markets and global economy but also in public relations, marketing, and investor relations.
For over half a decade since, Ali has used her entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strategic marketing experience to open new doors of opportunity for her home-buying and selling clients. Her effective personalized, proactive, and competent approach ensures smooth, enjoyable transactions for her clients. She also uses her extensive knowledge of the Dallas area and its diversified home and lifestyle choices to meet individual clients’ needs.
Her own personal needs and lifestyle choices are what ultimately led her from the corporate office to the local Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate Lakewood/Lake Highlands office after having her two children (now ages 9 and 7). Becoming a Realtor allowed her to pursue what she is most passionate about – connecting with and serving people and her community. Working as an agent at the prestigious luxury brokerage, recently named by the Dallas Business Journal as the No. 1 brokerage in North Texas in sales volume, has served to strengthen her resources and knowledge, expand her strategic industry relationships, give her exclusive access to off-market properties, and grants her an extensive referral network which allows her to assist her clients even when they are moving out of the DFW market.
Ali is also passionate about helping other entrepreneurs succeed and recently joined her long-time friend and Master Certified Life Coach Jackie Carl for the launch of her Collaborate & Elevate networking group, which seeks to provide a purposeful space for Dallas entrepreneurs to connect and will be participating in monthly meet-ups to collaborate.
Her clients know that they can trust her to care for their needs first and that she will go above and beyond to ensure that whether they are selling, buying, or both, she will help them find the right home. “Our homes are where we connect with our families, recharge, find comfort, and create lifetime memories.
