How long have you been in education? I graduated from Texas A&M University in May of 2023 and this is my first year teaching!

What is your favorite part about teaching? I love having a job that I feel so passionately about. Whenever I do my job I feel like it was something I was made for. I love to see students have those "lightbulb" moments as they learn new concepts!

What is your teaching style? I believe that learn through making mistakes. I like to foster an environment in which students feel the ability to try new things, make mistakes, and learn from those! I want all my students to feel safe, known, and loved by me. 

Where might we find you outside the classroom? Outside of school I love to spend time with friends and family. I love to try new restaurants, be outside, go shopping, and cook. I love Taco Joint, Andy's, and Shady's! You can also often find me at sonic after school with a large Dr. Pepper.
