Beth Arnold 

As a veteran in the industry, Beth Arnold has been successfully working with buyers and sellers for over a decade. She most recently partnered in building a brokerage that dominated the real estate market in Lake Highlands and has also flipped and invested in multiple real estate opportunities, giving her insight and knowledge into all types of real estate transactions. Beth has represented buyers of lake properties, second homes, and farm and ranch properties in addition to traditional real estate in Dallas and surrounding areas. She has been a consistent top producer in Lake Highlands and neighboring areas year after year and has been the recipient of almost every real estate award imaginable. 

Robin Moss Norcross started her real estate journey over 20 years ago right here in Lake Highlands. Robin was born and raised in Lake Highlands, turned OU Sooner then came back to raise her boys in this wonderful community. She has served her clients and community through the years in both a service and business capacity. Robin has consistently been one of the top agents in Lake Highlands and the recipient of many prestigious real estate awards through the

years.

Courtney Conley is the newest member of The B.A.R. Group. As a go-getter, she excels in delivering exceptional customer service along with a keen eye for design. Her attention to detail is unparalleled and she strives to make every transaction stress-free for all involved. Her deep DFW roots, knowledge of multiple neighborhoods coupled with extensive market knowledge put her clients in a position to succeed.

Amy shares, “We operate our business as if we are your favorite boutique shop on Main Street. We are invested in our clients and in the homes they sell and The B·A·R Group purchase.” That investment includes offering a wide range of make-ready services for clients to prep their homes for the market including everything from design and landscape to cleaning and paint. They also provide staging help from their large warehouse selection of furniture and decor provided at no cost to clients. Amy adds, “We can stage an empty home or work with what our clients have to make their home stand out in the marketplace and get the highest price possible.”

Drawing on a memorable story, Amy recalls, “We once had a client that inherited a home they were unable to clean out or manage any part of the selling process. They said anything we wanted, we could have it and everything else they considered trash. We took that seriously and inherited a few great handbags and some cool swivel chairs from the 70s (that Beth and Amy fought over) and then proceeded to donate every last item in that home. What we didn't donate, we had Junk Luggers (also locally owned) back up to the home and we tossed it all out the upstairs window into the truck. Our clients were shocked and grateful that we went through all of that, in addition to being able to get them top dollar...in a matter of weeks.

Consistently the number one team in Lake Highlands in the number of homes sold and dollar volume, the agents of The B·A·R Group are driven to serve their clients and equally passionate about serving their community. Amy explains that in addition to each agent’s extensive philanthropic service, “We donate over $30,000 each year to our Lake Highlands community in sponsorships for schools and area nonprofits.
