Congratulations! You’re one of the lucky few invited to witness one of the most beautiful days in a couples’ life. Follow our tips to make your day – as well as their special day – go smoothly.
- Respond to the RSVP right away. Whether or not you are attending, your host will appreciate planning accordingly and accurately for their day.
- The ideal arrival time is a half hour before the ceremony begins. This allows for plenty of breathing room to account for parking, admire the venue, and find a comfortable seat.
- Check the dress code. When in doubt, dress up without upstaging the wedding party. And of course, ladies, it’s best to avoid wearing white.
- Stay engaged through both the ceremony and reception. Set aside distracting technology, don’t overindulge at the bar, and smile through the cake cutting and first dances. Attentiveness goes a long way!
