Beyond Pipes: InTown Plumbing's Expertise in Water Quality Solutions
Keeping your water clean from their family to yours. Michael and Brittany Grose are on a mission to make our community strong and healthy one pipe at a time.
“We started from the ground up” says Michael Grose, founder, and proprietor with his wife Brittany of Intown Plumbing, proudly local and homegrown and delivering professional plumbing services within a 50-mile radius of Rockwall and Dallas.
Michael started out as an apprentice plumber in 1996, worked in the field, and started Intown after acquiring his Master Plumbing license in 2010. Brittany worked in the home services industry for many years, so it only made sense that she would end up marrying a plumber! She joined Intown to ensure their high quality of service, and to support the local community through charitable programs. Together, Michael and Brittany are focused daily on supporting their team and customers so that they can provide the best service in town to the local community!
Our mission is to serve and support our local community. To us, that means starting at home first - home is our team of employees. We believe in the profound connection between happy employees and satisfied customers.
That's why we treat our team like family, providing them with 100% company-funded health benefits, 401K, personal and professional growth training opportunities, and generous paid time off. They are fairly compensated and not commission-based or sales driven. By valuing their work, family and personal time, we ensure that our employees are content, motivated, and fully committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and the community we all live in!
Our motto is "we live here, we love here, we plumb here!"
For Michael, Brittany and all the team, plumbing is a highly rewarding business. Brittany explains: “When we help people out with their plumbing, we get to meet new people every day. Some customers have become life-long friends. And we see our employees grow, personally with their families and professionally with their careers.”
Intown Plumbing is distinctive in going beyond what people typically expect. Michael and Brittany are passionate about educating customers about all aspects of plumbing, including those services people aren't really aware of: “A lot of people don't know plumbers do gas! Guess what… we do! Gas is not something to mess around with, and you need a fully licensed and experienced plumber.” Michael says.
Water quality is an expertise of Michael’s: “city water is not clean nor healthy to drink. Your skin is the largest organ in your body, and when you hear what's in your water (arsenic, chloroform, PFAs, acid's and more - yes, even here in Dallas!) you'll consider filtration seriously” he explains. Brittany adds: “The quality of water coming into your piping and equipment directly affects the efficiency and longevity of your plumbing, fixture and appliances. Moreover, clean water to drink or shower is important for your health. Our bodies are made up of over 60% water so you want to make sure it's clean and free of chemicals!”
We are passionate about giving back to the community. Over the years we have been a part of building habitat for humanity homes, and supporting other local organizations that give back to our community. We support one of our favorite spots and their mission at Bonton Farms as well as United Way and Helping Hands. In addition, we support local schools and youth sports teams with their drives, funding and programs. Each year, we give away an annual scholarship to seniors that have served in their community.
Let their local team help you ensure all of your home water is the cleanest and healthiest it can be. Give them a shout today, we know you will be taken care of like family!
