Mrs. Amy Adams, the current Principal and President, continues the work initiated by her parents, John and Mary Adams, who founded the school. Inspired by her parents' dedication, she pursued a career in education.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University in 1991 and a Master of Science in Education in 1992, Amy embarked on an international teaching adventure in London. However, her love for her family's school drew her back home, where she joined the ranks as both a teacher and a passionate Physical Education coach. In recognition of her invaluable contributions, Amy played a pivotal role in the school's accreditation by AdvancED, now Cognia, in 1996, a significant achievement that solidified White Rock North School's commitment to excellence.

In 1996, Amy's dedication and expertise led to her appointment as the school's Principal, assuming the mantle of leadership and responsibility. For over three decades, she has nurtured the potential of each student, fostering a love for learning and creating an environment where students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

In 2017, Amy assumed the role of President, taking the reins of White Rock North School and steering it towards an even brighter future. Recognizing the ever-evolving needs of education, she initiated a series of improvements, ranging from upgraded facilities to a meticulously designed curriculum and innovative programming. Amy's unwavering commitment to maintaining the school's legacy while embracing progress ensures that White Rock North School continues to provide the highest quality education.

In 1966 came the introduction of a remarkable mascot—a horse named Gypsy! The Adams family recognized the value of swimming lessons leading to the construction of a large swimming pool on the premises. Additionally, in 1978, they added a full-service roller-skating rink, complete with skates and a disco ball. This multi-functional space served as the school gym, performance hall, and more.
