Hello there! My name is Mr. Pickles, and I am a Westie. My family, the Pickens’s named me that because they say I am such a Mr. Pickles, and once you meet me, you will understand. I have a matching pickle collar as well! Larson Pickens, my owner, grew up with Westies and says we are the best! One day, she and Mr. Pickens got in the car and drove up to Colgate, Oklahoma to pick me up! I was very tiny when they adopted me.

Something about me is I am as snuggly as they get, and I love to chase squirrels! I also really love my family, especially my brother Chappy! And of course, I love Porter. I am very well behaved and have three main modes. I have boat riding dog mode, squirrel chasing mode, and asleep-like-a-house-cat mode. I am a very chill dog who loves walks. (I can go 5+ miles!) I also love the beach. My family takes me to La Jolla three or four times a year, and I get to play in the water and sand and chase seagulls! I love riding in the boat at the lake and chasing deer, which I learned from my big brother Chappy.

One funny story about me is that my first toy was a small dog toy. I got it the day the Pickens’s adopted me. Ever since then, I have slept with it every single night. My family has to pack my toy if we go spend the night anywhere. I will bark at my family and won’t be able to sleep without it!
