Home for the Holidays: Adopt a Furry Friend Today
REX
Weighing in at 43 pounds, this beautiful brindle-coated boy is a bit shy, but loves, and I mean loves, chasing tennis balls! He might have short little legs, but he’s fast as lightning. Rex is a friendly fella but might do best in a home with kids older than five, so be sure to bring any children to a meet and greet prior to adoption. He would probably enjoy another confident dog in the home to help bring him out of his shell. Again, it’s a good idea to bring four-legged siblings to a meet and greet, too! Rex would love a fenced backyard to run and play in. But, he’s not all ruff and tumble. This sweet guy loves to cuddle and play couch potato when the time is right.
ANGELICA
This adorable 1-year-old mixed breed dog is ready to steal your heart and become an integral part of your family. At 37 pounds, she's the perfect size for cuddles and playtime, making her an ideal addition to households of all sizes. Angelica's gentle gaze and sweet demeanor are just the beginning of her charm. Her happy disposition is infectious, and you'll find yourself smiling whenever you're in her company. With her shiny white short-haired coat and a striking grey swath over one eye, she's not just cute; she's a real head-turner! If you have other four-legged family members, Angelica will make an excellent playmate, as her sociable personality shines in the company of other dogs. She gets along well with kids and other dogs, but it’s still a good idea to bring everyone to a meet and greet before you adopt. But that's not all—Angelica is incredibly intelligent and seems to understand your every word. Training and bonding with her will be an absolute joy. Whether it's teaching her new tricks or simply having a conversation, she's always eager to learn and please. She's not just a dog; she's a loyal companion who will fill your home with love, joy, and happiness.
Skip and Speckle
Skip and Speckle are two of the cutest kitties you will ever meet! Both being black and white domestic shorthairs with gorgeous green eyes, you’d think they were brother and sister! Although that’s not the case, they are pair bonded—best of friends that need to be adopted together. Speckle has a tiny pink nose and a little black goatee! Weighing in at six pounds, this two-year-old sweetie is a little shy and is looking for a calm home and a patient family. Skip has two puffy white cheeks that stand out from his all-black face. He’s the same size as Speckle but is five and a half years old. He’s also looking for that quiet home where the humans understand a little patience will go a long way toward gaining Skip’s confidence. Speckle and Skip were made for each other and together they will thrive in a home where everyone is older than 15.
