We’re Camille and Miranda, the partners of Being Hair and Skin Studio. While we’re not Moraga natives, we’ve been East Bay locals our entire lives, and opening our studio in Moraga in 2024 felt like coming home. From the moment we joined the community, we were welcomed with open arms. The support, kindness, and encouragement we’ve received from local residents and businesses have meant so much to us, and it’s one of the many reasons we love being here.

With more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry, we specialize in skincare, brows, lashes, and waxing services. Our journey began in the Esthetician Program at San Jose City College, where we discovered not only our passion for helping others feel confident but also our shared dream of building something together. From working as skincare clinic interns to becoming solo estheticians, every step of our careers led us toward creating Being Hair and Skin Studio. Beauty has always been a part of who we are, so becoming licensed estheticians felt like a natural path.

What we find most rewarding about our work goes far beyond the services we provide. We love helping our clients feel confident and cared for, but the relationships we build are what make this profession truly special. Over time, many clients become like family, and we’re often among the first people they share exciting life updates, milestones, and even challenges with. Being trusted in that way is something we never take for granted.

Because the beauty industry is constantly evolving, we are committed to continuing our education and staying current with new trends, techniques, and innovations. Whether it’s attending advanced training, learning a new service, or refining our existing skills, we believe growth is essential to providing the best experience possible for our clients.

One of our proudest achievements has been opening Being Hair and Skin Studio as a family. Watching a dream we shared for years become a reality has been incredibly meaningful. Looking ahead, we’re excited to celebrate our two-year anniversary and host our Summer Glow Party on August 22, 2026.

If there’s one piece of advice we’d share, it’s to never stop learning and never give up on your goals. Continue investing in yourself, developing new skills, and trusting the process. The most meaningful accomplishments often come from the challenges that require the most perseverance. Because BEING you, never felt better!
