Cider & Sass: How to Elevate Your Apple Game

Cooler temps are blowing in, and you know what that means—time to ditch the iced coffee and warm your hands (and soul) around a steamy mug of apple cider.

But listen, plain cider is fine and all... until it’s not. You deserve a sip that tastes like a fall festival and a cozy flannel hug had a baby. Let’s dress up that jug of cider sitting in your fridge and make something worth a little kitchen strut.

Sip & Swoon
Whether you're sitting on the porch in your boots or hosting a cozy little gathering, this cider elevate is your shortcut to fall fabulousness. It’s quick, it’s warm, and it’ll make you feel like autumn royalty—no leaf blower required.

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
2-3 strips of orange peel (use a veggie peeler!)
2 whole cloves (optional but fab)
Optional fancy-up: a dash of vanilla or maple syrup
Optional grown-up twist: 1-2 oz bourbon or spiced rum

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients (except booze, if using).
2. Simmer gently over low heat for 10-15 minutes, just until the kitchen smells like you hired a fall candle to do your bidding.
3. Remove from heat, strain into mugs, and add bourbon/spiced rum if you're feelin' it.
4. Garnish with an orange slice or apple wheel if you're feelin' extra.
