Who’s the cutest of them all? 

The Ripon Chamber of Commerce put that question to the test during February’s Almond Blossom Festivities with its “Cutest Pet Contest,” and the community did not disappoint! From fluffy pups to curious cats—and even a few unexpected contenders—locals submitted their favorite furry friends for a chance to claim the top spot. Voting took place on Facebook, and after much tail-wagging excitement, the winner was crowned: the utterly adorable Emmalee… a Highland cow!
