Someone was clever enough to designate February – you know, the month of Valentine’s Day – as American Heart Month. So, in honor of the month, our friends at Aggarwal Cardiology Clinic hosted a trivia night with some fun questions about the heart (some health related, some related to love) for our February neighborhood event at the 19th Hole Bar & Grill. 

 

Dr Atul Aggarwal, Dr. Htoo Kyaw, and Sonali Aggarwal welcomed their neighbors and guests with an ample buffet of appetizers, then opened the evening to several questions about being heart healthy before the trivia fun began.   

 

Everyone seemed to enjoy the evening, gauged by their involvement. And while the event was built around fun, the message was still delivered that it is indeed imperative that we know our numbers, that we watch our blood pressure – both high and low – and that we make good lifestyle choices that will keep us all around longer to enjoy life with family and friends.
