No Bogeys’ founder, Kyle Cullum, approached his lifelong friend, Joe Leicht, who has more than 30 years’ experience in golf management, when he wanted to expand. Joe, along with Justin Funakura, one of your Seven Oaks neighbors, found the perfect spot here in Bakersfield, and that, as they say, is how No Bogeys Bakersfield got started. 

 

“There were no golf stores out here,” says Justin, the lead club fitter. “We saw an opportunity to bring No Bogeys out here and expand the marketplace. We wanted to help Kyle expand what he has been doing down south. The response from the community has been great.”
