Concierge medicine is primary care medicine, which differs from the traditional primary care model in numerous ways. For example, in concierge medicine my patients will have access to me 24/7. Patient's will also be provided same day telephone or telemedicine visits, and office visits within 24 hours M-F.  Actually, on most days same day office visits are available, Monday-Friday. In certain cases, home visits within 24 hours will be provided. 

 

Concierge medicine is more affordable than you may think. For approximately the cost of $20 a day, billed bi-annually, you will have a direct, personalized relationship with your doctor that otherwise may not be available in a standard primary care model. 

 

You will always be seen by a doctor; and never be seen by a mid-level Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse. A personalized medical experience is tailored completely to your needs. Each office visit will last as long as necessary to allow all of your medical needs to be addressed. In order to provide the best care and personalized experience to my patients, the number of patients enrolled in our practice is kept small. 

 

My concierge practice does not bill your insurance; however, it is strongly recommended to maintain insurance coverage. For example, any diagnostic testing, such as labs, and imaging, specialist visits or hospitalizations, insurance would be advised to cover those costs.
