Poured & Paired: A Night to Savor

Kelli & Antone

What do you get when you mix over 130 neighbors, a grazing table that looked like edible art, fine wine, bourbon, craft beer, cigars, and a hidden speakeasy disguised as a library? You get Poured & Paired—and what a night it was.

ARRC Technology traded its world of IT and cybersecurity for an evening of flavor and fun, as neighbors filled the office for a lively neighborhood takeover. The night began with an intimate private tasting led by Paso Robles winemakers Kunal and Neeta Mital of LXV Wine, whose award-winning wines were paired with cheeses kissed by Indian spices—each bite designed to unlock new layers of flavor.

Whiskey lovers weren’t left behind. Ryan Meloche of the new Sonder in Belcourt Village showcased bourbons and whiskies that found their perfect match just outside, where Carolina’s Habana Cabana Cigar Lounge delivered cigar pairings like a masterclass in indulgence.

Meanwhile, ARRC’s own taps poured cold craft beer, while La Charcutería delivered a show-stopping grazing table that was quickly devoured. Add live music, laughter, and a swirl of new connections, and you have a night that was less event, more memory.
