Some of our monthly neighborhood gatherings just seem to capture everything that makes Seven Oaks special, and our recent evening at Chef Lino’s Prime was certainly one of them. 

 

Our friends, Lino and Frances Cueto, graciously hosted about 50 residents for an unforgettable evening featuring Chef Lino’s signature appetizers and creative dishes, an impressive selection of refreshing libations to help us escape the summer heat, and — as always — plenty of laughter and conversation shared among longtime friends and new neighbors alike. 

 

In a remarkably short time, Chef Lino’s Prime has made its mark on our community with elevated cuisine that reflects decades of Chef Lino’s passion, creativity, and culinary experience.  

 

His dishes aren't simply enjoyed in the moment — they're the kind people find themselves talking about long after the evening ends. 

 

Just another memorable night in the neighborhood ... and another reminder of how fortunate we are to call Seven Oaks home.
