Seattle Art Museum’s Gala

Fashion, Art, and Generosity Combine for Success!

The Great Hall of the Seattle Art Museum was filled with colorful cocktail dresses and, despite the rain and bluster, everyone dressed for spring, including many attendees wearing Carolina Herrera designs. ‘Spring Into Art', the group’s annual fashion and art-themed gathering, was held at the Seattle Art Museum.

Carolina Herrera Creative Director Wes Gordon and the Nordstrom fashion events team staged a beautiful presentation of the Fall 2024 collection. Guests were also given full access to the museum collections and the Alexander Calder exhibit. Chef Ethan Stowell provided delicious bites and appetizers for the evening, which culminated in an indulgent dessert buffet.

With close to 300 guests attending, the event raised over $250,000 for the Seattle Art Museum. Seattle Art Museum Supporters President, Martha Draves, said, “It was such an honor to welcome Wes Gordon and his team and to work with Nordstrom to bring such a prestigious event to Seattle. We are thankful to our sponsors, the Event Chairs, and our attendees for helping us exceed our fundraising goal.”
