A New Approach to Wellness at Pacific Clinic in Bellevue

Pacific Clinic in Bellevue was founded with a simple goal: to help people improve their quality of life by providing accessible, physician-led care for health concerns that are often difficult to address through traditional healthcare channels.

Co-founded by Dr. Adriana Nicole Rosales and Dr. Amit Grover, Pacific Clinic began as a specialized procedure clinic offering vasectomies and newborn circumcisions. As the practice grew, the physicians recognized a broader need in the community. Many patients were dealing with symptoms that significantly impacted their daily lives but were not always addressed in routine primary care visits.
“Our goal at Pacific Clinic is to enhance a person’s quality of life by addressing those concerns,” says Dr. Rosales. “When people begin to feel better physically, they often want their appearance to reflect that improved quality of life.”

Today, Pacific Clinic offers a range of non-surgical treatments designed to support overall wellness and confidence. Services include vasectomies, newborn circumcisions, hormone replacement therapy, joint injections, treatments for excessive sweating, male enhancement therapies, female rejuvenation treatments, hair restoration, and advanced skin treatments such as RF microneedling, CO₂ laser procedures, and IPL therapy.

The clinic also helps address gaps in local healthcare access. For example, many men must wait months for referrals and consultations before receiving a vasectomy. Pacific Clinic removes those barriers by allowing patients to schedule consultations directly, often completing the procedure the following week. The clinic is also one of the few in the area offering NitroNox, which helps reduce pain and anxiety during procedures. Pacific Clinic also provides newborn circumcisions for infants up to six weeks old. Many hospitals in the region no longer offer this service before families leave the hospital, leaving parents searching for alternatives.

Behind the clinic are two physicians with a shared commitment to patient-centered care. Dr. Rosales grew up moving frequently while her father served in the U.S. Army. Her family heritage spans Latin America, with her father originally from Bolivia and her mother from Costa Rica. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and attended Texas A&M College of Medicine before completing her family medicine residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Dr. Rosales later served seven years on active duty in the U.S. Navy, deploying twice aboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). She now lives in Washington with her husband, a psychiatrist, and their son. Opening a private practice also meant learning skills outside of medicine. “Doing medicine is the easy part,” Dr. Rosales says. “The business and marketing side of running a clinic can be time-consuming and daunting.” Still, both physicians say the process has been rewarding and has reignited their love of learning.

Dr. Grover has lived across the world including India, West Africa, Ohio, and California. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at the University of California at Davis.  He started his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean and completed his training in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic. He has practiced medicine in the King & Snohomish County area for the past 13 years and lives locally with his wife and two young children. Opening a procedure clinic and helping patients improve their quality of life has been very rewarding to him.

Looking ahead, Pacific Clinic plans to continue expanding services that support patients’ well-being. The clinic is preparing to introduce a physician-guided weight loss program by the end of 2026. Dr. Rosales also encourages residents not to ignore symptoms that affect their daily lives. “Many people think they just have to live with issues like low energy, excessive sweating, joint pain, hair loss, or perimenopausal symptoms,” she says. “But there are safe and effective treatments available. You deserve to live the best life you can.”
