Shipwrecked
Embark on a tropical adventure featuring the exotic Jung & Wulff Trinidad Rum. This drink is a vibrant fusion of fruity pineapple juice, tart lemon and lime juices, and the smooth, nutty flavor of orgeat. A touch of Degroff Amaro adds a bittersweet complexity, while activated charcoal gives the cocktail a striking, mysterious hue.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Jung & Wulff Trinidad Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz Orgeat
.25 oz Degroff Amaro
1 Capsule Activated Charcoal
Method:
Add all liquid ingredients into a shaker tin, split the charcoal capsule and empty contents into mixture, discarding the shell. Shake thoroughly and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with two pineapple leaves and a chunk of grilled pineapple, making each sip a taste of island paradise!
