Ingredients:
1.5 oz Gran Centenario Plata Tequila
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Luxardo Amaretto
Method:
Pour the tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker tin and shake thoroughly. Strain the cocktail into a snifter glass with a salted rim. Gently pour the amaretto into the glass and enjoy the interplay of flavors as the amaretto gently floats. As it begins to settle at the bottom, it creates a visually stunning and delicious drink.
