Raspberry Rosé Fizz
A Delicious Date Night Cocktail to Show Your Significant Other How You Feel About Them
What better way to surprise your Valentine than with this lovely pink cocktail? It tastes as wonderful as it looks!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Ketel One Grapefruit
.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz Raspberry Cordial (see recipe below)
Top with Rosé Champagne and Grapefruit La Croix
Method:
In a shaker tin add the vodka, grapefruit juice, and Raspberry Cordial. Shake well and strain into a snifter glass. Top with equal parts Rosé Champagne and Grapefruit La Croix. Garnish with a single rose.
Raspberry Cordial Recipe:
In a pot heat 1 cup of water to a slow simmer. Once the water is hot, stir in 1 cup of sugar until fully combined. Add one clamshell of fresh raspberries and let simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the mixture into an open container and allow to chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
