Drag Queen

Bold, colorful, and unforgettable—just like its namesake. Tropical dragon fruit and lychee mingle with a bright hint of lemon, creating a drink that’s as visually stunning as it is delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Wheatley Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Giffard Lichi-Li
  • 1 oz Dragon Fruit Lychee Syrup (see recipe below)
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
To make the Dragon Fruit Lychee Syrup:

Combine 20 oz peeled lychee fruit, 20 oz ripe dragon fruit, and 20 oz white sugar in a saucepan. Simmer on low until the fruit breaks down and the syrup is fragrant. Strain before use.

To assemble the drink:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a lavish martini glass. Garnish with a few pieces of dragon fruit or a lemon twist for a pop of color.
