This June marks a decade of C_Wickson Studios, founded by Cally Weymouth and built with intention from the very beginning.

Cally’s vision was simple: to create a safe, welcoming space for anyone who walked through the door. Long before opening the studio, she was already supporting women through movement and life’s most transformative seasons. Since opening day, that vision has grown into something far greater, with the studio now more than three times its original size.

What began as a personal passion has become a space people genuinely want to return to. Every detail is considered, creating an experience that feels both supportive and challenging. Behind it all is a strong, highly skilled team whose consistency has been key to the studio’s growth. Through seasons of motherhood, most recently welcoming her third baby, Cally has remained closely involved, shifting into more of a leadership role while gradually returning to teaching. During that time, her team has continued to lead with care, maintaining the same level of attention and connection the studio is known for.

The studio offers a range of classes, including Reformer Pilates, mat-based classes, heated sessions, strength training, barre, and yoga. Reformer classes, with just 10 machines, are intentionally small and personalized. In the mat studio, while the space accommodates over 30 clients, the experience remains highly focused, with attention to individual needs, modifications, and progression.

As the studio has grown, so has its accessibility. Through CW+, clients can access live classes and an on-demand library, making it easy to stay consistent from anywhere.

A defining part of Cally’s work is her commitment to supporting mothers. From Mom & Me classes to prenatal workshops and CW | For Mama, these offerings support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. As a mother of three and a postnatal and labor doula, she brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to this work.

Ten years in, C_Wickson Studios continues to grow with new offerings and a steadily expanding client base. With a decade behind her, Cally is focused on thoughtful expansion, continuing to grow within her local presence while staying rooted in the values that built the studio from the start.

At its core, C_Wickson is not about quick fixes. It is about creating a space people return to, one that feels welcoming, grounded, and aligned with real life.
