ELLIOT HEALTH SYSTEM RAISES MORE THAN $230,000 FOR PATIENT CARE DURING 21ST ANNUAL GALA

Greet Bedford was a proud sponsor of the  Elliot Health System's Annual Gala in September.  They are pleased to announce that it raised more than $230,000. Funds support perioperative services at The Elliot, as well as the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care. With more than 370 guests in attendance to support The Elliot, friends, sponsors, and staff were delighted to be together to celebrate the excellence in care that The Elliot provides to our community.

Perioperative services are the comprehensive, patient-focused aspects of surgical services including activities to ensure safe and sterile procedures, advanced surgical operating suites such as our new state-of-the-art hybrid operating suite, and other state-of-the-art surgical equipment. Guests at the event heard from a grateful patient of our thoracic surgery program, who received expert care provided by Dr. Curtis Quinn, through life-saving lung cancer surgery at The Elliot.

Bedford Police and Fire Departments Open House
Residents headed to the safety complex for an interactive experience and a chance to see the tools of the trade and meet the men and women who keep Bedford safe.  Statements like "This is better than Disney World!" and " I want to grow up to be like you!" were overheard.  Quite a few adults had big grins on their faces as well.
