The 5th annual FORHA Easter Egg Scramble was held on Saturday March 21st for the 450 FORHA members who registered online for the event. Barely avoiding the cooler weather earlier in the week, temperatures reached 90 degrees on a cloudless afternoon as kids, parents, grandparents and friends gathered at Vestal Park. Upon arrival guests were greeted by over 2500 eggs scattered in fields awaiting eager hands. In addition to the egg scramble itself, entertainment included a DJ, photo booth, bounce house, Cori Jean’s Ice Cream sponsored by Cibolo Creek Community Church, and of course the Easter Bunny. 

Organized by FORHA Communications and Events committee, volunteers included friends and family of the committee, Scout Troop 407, and Fair Oaks Rotary. FORHA would like to thank all participants, volunteers, sponsors and vendors who made this event a success, including DJ Benji of Cedar & Oak Entertainment and Events, Snaps to Remember Photos, Cibolo Creek Community Church, Frontier Waste, Raising Cane’s, Rainbow Castle Bounce House, and Two Peas in a Pot porta potty.
