Meet the Jordans!

We are lucky to have so many great neighbors in our Lakewood community. This March we got the opportunity to sit down with the Jordan family and we think you are going to love them as much as we do!

Jake and Page have lived in Lakewood for about three years along with their furry family members Gordon (King Charles) and Tigger (cat). Jake grew up in Dallas, attending Jesuit and then SMU. Page also grew up in Dallas, attending Highland Park High School before continuing her studies at SMU as well.

Today Jake is a real estate investor specializing in repositioning shopping centers across the metroplex. When he's not working, Jake loves to be active, you can catch him playing golf, and is a self-proclaimed "leisure enthusiast." He even converted their home movie room into a golf simulator space with a pool table right outside of it - the perfect "man cave" for him!

Page works in wealth management for a family office, but also has a boutique floral business she runs out of her home - LeJardin Jordan! We can attest her arrangements are not only beautiful but her extra creative ideas with her arrangements are one of a kind. She also spends her time volunteering with the Junior League of Dallas, is in a bowling league with her team The Split Ends, and keeps up with her Kappa Kappa Gamma alumni group.

The Jordans love being involved with our Lakewood community! Gordan loves barking, or as he calls it "saying hi" to all the kids as they walk to and from Lakewood Elementary each school day. Halloween is another favorite time for them in the neighborhood. Last year they dressed up as characters from Beauty and the Beast, Page was Belle, Gordon was the Beast and Jake was Lumière. Page insisted on handing out FULL-SIZE candy bars and they went through over 400 bars! (kids take note for 2023)

As newer neighbors to the community, we asked them what advice they would give to newcomers to Lakewood, "Get outside! There is so much to do in the neighborhood and you will meet so many great neighbors jogging around White Rock Lake or attending a concert at the Arboretum." We hope you get the chance to connect with the Jordans this month and who knows, maybe we can convince them to host a neighborhood Final Four party!
