Bob's Automotive Repair
The Bob's Automotive team continues the tradition of service and care that customers have come to know and trust. Left to right: Karl, Isaiah, Mykah, Kalub, and Ryan.
When longtime owners Bob and Priscilla decided it was time to sell Bob's Automotive Repair, they weren't just looking for a buyer. They were looking for the right person to carry forward the values that had built the business for years.
They found that person in Isaiah Wallace.
A lifelong car enthusiast, Isaiah's automotive journey began as a teenager with his first customized car and a desire to learn everything he could about vehicles. What started as a passion became a career path that took him through detailing, collision repair, estimating, management, and leadership positions throughout the Portland and Vancouver area.
Along the way, Isaiah discovered something important: while he enjoyed working with cars, he loved working with people and leading a top-quality team even more.
"I want to help people. That's my number one mission, and I especially want to earn their trust," Isaiah says.
That philosophy made him a natural fit to take over Bob's Automotive Repair. Today, the locally owned shop continues to serve both longtime customers and newer Ridgefield residents with the same focus on safety, reliability, quality workmanship, and honest service.
Isaiah is equally committed to investing in his team. Through ongoing training and certifications, he encourages employees to continue growing professionally while building a workplace culture centered on service, accountability, and excellence.
Looking ahead, Isaiah has an exciting vision for the future. He hopes to expand Bob's Automotive Repair by adding collision repair and auto body services, creating an even more comprehensive resource for local drivers and allowing residents to keep more of their automotive needs close to home.
For Isaiah, success isn't measured by the number of vehicles repaired. It's measured by the trust earned, the relationships built, and the community served along the way.
