KidStrong Missouri City has officially opened, offering a unique training program designed to help children from walking toddlers through fifth grade develop strong bodies, confident minds, and positive character.

Owners Angela and Tommy opened the center after experiencing the program themselves as parents at the Sugar Land location. After seeing their young son transform, gain confidence, learn to make eye contact, and proudly introduce himself to others, they knew they wanted to bring that same opportunity to more families.

Each 45-minute class is led by expert coaches and designed to challenge kids physically, mentally, and socially. Students practice agility, coordination, and strength while also building important life skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. Classes begin with a signature KidStrong affirmation that kids proudly repeat together: “I am STRONG. I am BRAVE. I can DO THIS!”
